Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The return request is submitted within the specified return period.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size received
- Defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
Return Process
- Email us at support@suikta.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.
Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
